These terms govern the sale of the "Skyhook Picks Premium" subscription offered by GPI SARL ("the Publisher") to any adult ("the Customer") through the Skyhook Picks website.
The subscription gives access to all the daily picks published on the site: the model's statistical projection, the sportsbook line, the estimated edge (EV+), the recommended stake as a percentage of bankroll and the minimum odds. Today's picks are also emailed to subscribers, with an unsubscribe link. These picks are statistical analysis. They do not guarantee any result and are not financial advice. The Customer remains solely responsible for their decisions and their bets.
The service is reserved for persons aged 18 or older.
The subscription price is $9.99 per month including VAT where applicable. It is payable by bank card through the payment provider Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. The Customer is informed of the price before payment; promotional codes may be offered.
The subscription is monthly and without commitment.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, from your account ("Cancel my subscription" button), in three clicks at most. The cancellation is recorded immediately and confirmed by email, with the end date. You keep access to the service until the end of the period you already paid for. No refund is made for the current period and no further charge is made after that date.
If a payment fails, access is maintained until the end of the current period, then suspended until the payment is settled.
Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer Customer has 14 days from subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
However, the service is digital content supplied without a physical medium, and its performance begins immediately upon subscription. By ticking the box provided before payment, the Customer expressly requests immediate access to the service and acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal once the content has been supplied (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).

The Publisher undertakes to publish carefully prepared analyses but does not guarantee their accuracy, their continuous availability or any winnings. Past performance does not predict future results. The Publisher cannot be held liable for losses related to the Customer's bets.
The subscription is personal. Sharing, reselling or republishing the picks reserved for subscribers is prohibited.

In case of a dispute, the Customer may contact the Publisher at the address above.
